Terms of Sale
Core terms for purchases from the Marlin David Art collection.
Pricing and availability
Prices, inventory, edition availability, framing, shipping, and production timing may change before an order is accepted.
Payment and fulfillment
An order becomes confirmed after payment authorization and written confirmation. Taxes, duties, installation, and special handling may be additional.
Color and scale
Screens vary, and artwork color may differ slightly in person. Dimensions in the listing govern; room visualizations are conceptual and not exact scale.
